Revisit Resolutions
We are almost at mid year and most of us have scrapped whatever plans we
started with for the year and replaced them with survival strategies. In the
midst of a new administration in Washington, a busy legislative session in
Austin and an economy that is stressing even the most optimistic business
leaders, it would be understandable if we have just given up on the multitude of
resolutions we set forth in January. This week I am reprinting a column from
January and suggesting that we all take a little mid-year break and refocus
ourselves. No sense in waiting until January 2010 to embrace a fresh
start!

time for family and friends and improving skills are some pretty common new
year's resolutions. Read more
