The Employee Free Choice Act: Piercing the Rhetoric
|
|
Six months into the
111th Congress and the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) is still alive. We need your continued
help to kill this bill once and for all.
Thanks to your
engagement and steady action, we have gained momentum and caused
Congressional supporters to retreat.
However, with new talk of a compromise on this
bill, it's apparent our work is far from over.
Yesterday, the U.S. Chamber released the most up
to date review of EFCA, The Employee Free Choice Act: Piercing the Rhetoric.
As a critical ally in this fight, we want you to be
the first to know about new developments and what they mean for American
businesses and workers.
The more people learn about EFCA, the
less they like it. But
you won't find union leadership discussing the details of the bill. To
get the facts, download the report for measured analytics that prove EFCA is
not in the best interest of anyone.
Sincerely,
Bill Miller Senior Vice President and National
Political Director U.S. Chamber of Commerce
