 There have been significant changes in employers' obligations during the past 9 - 12 months. We have seen more changes in that time than during the past 5 years.

It's much too easy to get distracted these days with the negative news
that surrounds all of us. Business failures across the country, stock portfolios
that make us wish we had our cash under the mattress... it's no wonder we get

in this week are that the Austin area jobless rates are down! And those jobless
rates are significantly lower than rates nationwide. The greater Austin area
recently ranked #2 in the best places to live. But we already knew that! And
those of us in San Marcos know that we still have a little piece of heaven on

Institute continues to remain the most recognized and valued education program
