The San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce is offering quarterly breakfast sessions for all members to learn how they can get the best return on investment from their Chamber membership.  Maximize Your Membership sessions are intended for members to better grow their business, and get plugged in to Chamber events, committees, networking opportunities, and increased exposure in Chamber publications. These sessions are casual for those in attendance. 

A complimentary light breakfast is provided. RSVPs are strongly encouraged as seating is limited.

This trade show/mixer combination event brings our community a new type of exhibition where vendors are able to demonstrate green products and present exhibits that are geared towards promoting a cleaner, more sustainable environment. Attendance is expected to exceed 1000, and we are planning for 75 booths and exhibits representing a wide cross section of businesses, dedicated to environmental concerns and corporate sustainability.

A 17-member committee is developing strategies and reaching out to assure that as many residents of San Marcos as possible will complete the simplified 2010 U. S. Census questionnaire that will hit mail boxes or be hand-delivered beginning in March, 2010.

The Complete Count Committee, appointed by the City Council in July, has met monthly at the San Marcos Activity Center to plan outreach to educate the community about the 2010 Census.  A group of Community Partners...read more
